Banded coral shrimp live in pairs in cracks, crevices and sponges. They attract fish to their cleaning station by waving their long, white antennae. Their body and legs are white and have reddish-brown bands on them which are occasionally bordered in purple. Can be found in reefs from about 6m depth, perching at the opening of a cave or sponge.
