This species is very beautiful looking goby, it has dark brown as a base color and a white band from the snout to dorsal fin and has ocellated spots on the first dorsal fin. The fins and tail are clear with large brown spots . The size can be up to 5cm and are found with a shrimp in sandy or rubble areas.
