This species has a blue-gray body with yellow rear dorsal, anal, and tail fins. Its anal fin is entirely yellowish. It has a small dark spot and another on their upper pectoral fin base. It also has a blue dot on each scale of their tail base. Lives in reef areas, in 1-10 m depth.
