The False fire urchin can be identified by the radian lines of luminous blue dots on their red base. Sometimes there can also be bright orange mixed with the red base, but mostly they are dark in color. The ball shape on the top of the urchin is the anus of the sea urchin. It is not venomous. Mostly found in the sandy areas, and it also can be a host for some crustacean and small fish.
