The bump on their snout tip is gray to greenish brown with numerous small black spots. Their fins have blue base color, scattered with black spots. Adults can be up to 30 cm. At the juvenile stage, the bump on their snout tip is whitish to pale gray or brown with dark brown spots. The size for juvenile are 3-10cm.
